Spectators MUST attend with only persons from their household/social bubble in the vehicle.

Spectators MUST NOT attend if they or anyone they have been in contact with in the last 14 days, show signs of, or have symptoms of Coronavirus.

Spectators MUST NOT attend if they have been informed to self-isolate via the government track and trace system.

Spectators MUST only leave their vehicle to use the toilet or if instructed to do so in case of an emergency.

Please note: Lead ticket holders' details are retained for 21 days and used as a point of contact in case of suspected COVID transmission.

Social distancing measures in line with current government guidelines will be in place and strictly enforced at the event at all times.

All attendees must remain in their vehicles unless accessing the toilet facilities or if instructed to leave their vehicle by a steward in the event of an emergency.

All vehicles will have a safe distance of 2.5 metres between them; you must park as directed by the event steward and inside the markings on the floor. The space between vehicles allows for safe distancing for windows to be opened in warm weather and if you need to exit the vehicle to use the toilet.

Social distancing measures must be followed when heading to the toilet facilities. Toilet queues will be managed by fully trained stewards; there will be a floor marking system to identify the social distancing measures in place.

Hand gel stations will be located at the end of each toilet queue; it must be used by all persons directly prior to using the toilet facilities. Each toilet will have a hand gel/foam dispenser inside; all persons must use this prior to leaving the toilet.

All toilets are single unit, portable toilets, which will be disinfected by staff after every use.

A comprehensive risk assessment has been carried out for staffing at the event, all staff will maintain social distancing measures and will have their health monitored prior to, during and after the event, all staff will be issued with and will use appropriate PPE for the task/s they are completing.

The well-established outdoor catering provider has a 5 star food hygiene rating and has completed a thorough risk assessment and identified and will implement control measures for the preparation and delivery of food/beverages to the vehicles.

Emergency Procedures:

Social distancing measures have been taken into account during the planning for the unlikely event of an emergency occurring that requires an evacuation. Safe routes and locations have been identified that allow for evacuation whilst maintaining social distancing measures.

General Site Rules

No Smoking or vaping at the site even in vehicles.

Please refrain from running or revving engines unnecessarily.

Do not move your vehicle unless authorised to do so by a steward – even at the end of the movie – wait to be instructed to move.

Do not throw litter or any other items out of the vehicle.

Bring proof of age, in the form of a passport/driving license or proof of age card.

No alcohol to be brought onto or consumed on site.

Anti social behavior will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any vehicles and/or persons from site if the rules are not adhered to.
